HuntMail ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an automated KOL outreach SaaS tool designed for e-commerce brands and global enterprises. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

• Account Information: Registration email, password (encrypted storage).
• Brand Information: Brand name, contact person's name, industry category.
• SMTP Configuration: Sender email address, authorization code/app password (encrypted storage, strictly used for sending emails on your behalf).
• KOL Data: Public information of influencers scraped via our extension (nickname, bio, public email address).
• Usage Data: Login time, email sending logs, feature usage statistics.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is solely used for the following purposes:

• Providing account registration, login, and identity verification services.
• Sending collaboration outreach emails on your behalf.
• Generating email content via AI (your data is NOT used for model training).
• Analyzing email sending performance and usage statistics.
• Sending system notifications (e.g., account security, service updates).

We will never sell your data to any third parties, nor will we use it for advertising purposes.

4. KOL Data Processing

The KOL information (nicknames, bios, public emails, etc.) collected through the Platform's extension originates strictly from public pages on social media platforms. This data is stored in your independent account space and is inaccessible to other users. You may delete the collected influencer data at any time.

5. Data Security

• All data transmission is encrypted via TLS.
• SMTP credentials are encrypted; no plain text is stored.
• The database utilizes Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure physical data isolation between users.
• All AI API calls are configured to "Opt-out of Training," ensuring your data is not used to train AI models.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and user authentication.
• DeepSeek / OpenAI: AI email generation (configured to prohibit data use for training).
• Vercel: Website hosting and deployment.

7. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account cancellation, we will delete your personal data within 30 business days. Email sending logs are automatically cleared after 90 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all your data stored on the Platform.
• Request the export or deletion of your data.
• Cancel your account and clear all associated data.

9. Cookie Policy

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain login status. If "Remember Me" is checked, the cookie is valid for 30 days; otherwise, it is cleared at the end of the session. We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Minors

The Platform is not directed at minors under 18 years of age. If we discover an account belonging to a minor, we will immediately delete the relevant data.

11. Policy Updates

In the event of material changes to this policy, we will notify you in advance via your registered email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
