1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HuntMail ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HuntMail provides a browser extension and SaaS platform designed to assist B2B professionals in finding public contact information and automating outreach emails.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Spam Policy (CRITICAL)

You agree to use the Platform strictly for professional, lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content of the emails sent through the Platform.

  • No Spamming: You are strictly prohibited from using HuntMail to send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other applicable laws.
  • Account Responsibility: You must use your own SMTP/email service provider. Any actions taken by your email provider (including account suspension or blacklisting) due to your outreach activities are your sole responsibility.
  • Compliance: You must ensure that you have a legal basis for contacting any individuals identified through the Platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

HuntMail, its founders, and employees shall NOT be held liable for:

  • Any suspension, termination, or "banning" of your email accounts by third-party providers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Tencent).
  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
  • The accuracy of the data collected from public web pages.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design, and branding are the exclusive property of HuntMail. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, especially our Anti-Spam Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operators are based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
